Don't give up!!! Check your water intake to make sure you are drinking enough water!!! You have lost 9 pounds so far which is great!!! To give up now would be to give back all that hard work you did to lose those 9 pounds!! You have done a great first step in making the decision to make a lifestyle change....this is a great decision...now move forward with your great decision and make it happen!! You can do it!!!
