After six weeks of enforced inactivity due to a broken leg I have emerged heavier but with my leg almost mended and a new determination to lose weight now. I have given up all sugar and Roger has joined me. Our resolve was tested today when we visited a friend who had baked scrumptious brownies for us. We didn't eat them! We are in France at the moment but when we return to England at the weekend I will be signing up for boot camp at Think Thin To Win and will do a quick weight loss programme for 30 days or more if necessary. I need to lose three stone, which is 42lb. I will do it.
