Well, the Bar Method is working its magic. It seems that I am now on maintenance. Still thinking of getting into some serious high protein dieting soon, but life keeps getting in the way.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
