Yesterday I fasted 19.5 hours, ending with a dinner at 4.30 p.m. Dinner was 2 - 1/3 lb burgers, and a bag of broccoli slaw that I fried in the burger grease. Plus some cheese, and a blob of peanut butter. 😁 Keto every day!
