This is my first week at zero since I started my journey. I had some really tough weeks at work, and extra long days. I know that I have not been as good from a diet perspective and i am slightly disappointed in how things are going. The last 19 lbs seem like the hardest to lose.
I am not giving up. I just need to expect things to go just a little slower.
