I did GREAT for over two weeks - almost THREE. I dropped about 20 plus lbs. Maybe more but finally hit a wall and had to cargo load. I blew it for the right reasons by listening to my body. Now I restart 20 lbs light but will make sure to be even MORE detailed with my diet - writing everything down like a game. it IS a game and I WILL win.
126.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
