I’ve worked so hard to lose 10 pounds before going to AZ and now all our friends want to take us out to eat before we go. I’m up 1-1/2 pounds today from going with my hubby’s sister & her hubby yesterday. I am SO Frustrated! Any ideas for saving me? Thanks FS friends.

There must be something on the menu that fits into your food plan. Dressing, gravy on the side. No dessert. No sweeten drinks. Otherwise, enjoy. Meals with friends & family are to be enjoyed. Can't you work it off by exercising a bit more on your return?
