Had ups and down recently, personally and with weight loss. I'm trying to maintain right now and I think I'm doing well. Still including aerobic activity in my day 6 days a week, eating well and introducing one new food each week to get myself out of the weight loss phase and into maintenance. I feel ok, I finally got my period which means three months of extra hormones are working their way out of my system. I just want the bloating to go away and to get my energy back!
