Four week check-in with the dietician; not much movement in overall weight, but body composition showed I’m 1kg down in pure fat while have built some muscle! 💪🏻
85 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
