I am kicking butt! Eating well and rowing every day for at least 30 mnutes! I really think its doing it everyday that is making a huge difference.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.9 kg a Week
