this is a little crazy - I have been sticking to my Paleo Plan better than ever, eating fewer calories and exercising more regularly. The weight went up a pound byt my jeans are looser so I can't really get upset about it. Still wish the numbers would go down. :-(

Don't worry, it's your body getting more muscle, and that weighs more than fat. Also, women get the kind of muscles that make if fun to go shopping for new clothes. Keep up the good work, muscle burns more calories at rest so you just added a built in weight loss mechanism. Good for you! I know you will make it.

I know how that goes. Be sure to measure yourself, you'll be surprise at the inches you lose while staying the same weight. Muscles take up far less room than fat.

Thanks for the support - Of course I know that but I am an accountant so I place WAY too much stock in numbers LOL
