Ok, nothing there! So, I need a bit more info, pls. How long have you been on Atkins? Are you on Induction or OWL? What has your losses (if any) been like so far? And what are you currently eating?

Thanks js for answering. I've been on Adkins since the 1st of March. Down only 2 to 3 lbs. I'm in the induction phase. 20 net carbs a day. I have maintained that. Trying to find my way. I eat chicken, eggs and veggies, salad..... and 1 adkins var a day and 1 shake a day. I really look forward to them. I track everything. Just started on fatsecret yesterday. Now i can really track. My net carbs yesterday was 20. My calories were up.
