Maybe try and decrease your calories with 150-200 or try and get 10 000 steps in a day if your not doing it now. Our bodies get use to what it gets and then we hit a plateau.

Almost two months, same weight. Instead of walking, I started jogging and within 5 days I dropped a kilo.

trick your body by increasing your calorie intake just for 1 day and then get back to your normal deeds. I saw this advice from YouTube Jillian Michaels and it worked for me

Agree... You might need to do a calorie increase day. I've had to do it a few times during my journey.

I had a quick look at your diet and exercise diary. I think this might work: up your calorie intake (a lot of days you were actually starving.) Keep the intake constant with one day of naughtiness per week (see if it works.) And start exercising more. Even just 30mins 3x per week of sufficient intensity will make a huge difference. Good luck!

your calories are very low, up it a bit... enough sleep.... and enough water.... (for every 30kgs you weigh you need 1 liter water....)

Low calories can cause serious damage to your metabolism. You're not fuelling your body. Never lower calories when your calorie intake is already low. People who advise lower calories and harder excercising have no idea the extremely bad advice they are giving people.
