I have been overtraining and it has resolved in crashing! Change of plans:
Training: new weight training program starting next week. Cardio: 1 hour flat run 4 times a week & koko head 1-2 times a week.
Food: make sure to eat more veggies for carbs. No more late night snacking. Getting up @5.30 every morning!
97.0 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 7.0 kg a Week
