I changed my goal to 125 instead of 130, but I feel like I can do this. Perseverance and determination works! If you really want to do this, you can. It’s time to start exercising because so far, I’ve lost 62 pounds by food alone. I haven’t cheated and I honestly don’t miss fast food or sweets. It took a long time, but it’s paying off. You can do it too!
