??? I weighed myself a week ago, and was 152. Although, I moved my scale rooms so maybe it is a bit off? I won't get too excited until I track a little more. Since then I've cut out the carbs, no sweets, only in tea. Have been guzzling water, so it's not water weight!
66.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
