i'm ginormous and disgusted with myself :o(
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Don't be disgusted. Be mad at yourself. Anger is an emotion that is 'active' and can be a very positive emotion. Get mad at yourself and stop letting yourself down. Bottom line is - DO something! Your in control. Disgust is such a passive, victim like feeling. yuck. Plenty of folks here know how you feel and are here to help. We are all in the same boat :)
