Lately, I have been craving fatty foods, and while I haven't been eating really fatty foods... I have been eating waaay too much. too many calories to lose weight. I know I need to watch my saturated fat, but how on earth can I get my fatty fix without intaking too much fat, and too many calories?
138.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 65.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I suggest eating, almonds for healthy fats, and eat every 3-4 hours it really works and eat small portions before you are hungry again, hit me up if you have any questions. YOu can do this :-)
