Keto every day!
ELAB = Eat Like A Bear. One huge salad daily, including meat or other protein, plus added oil/fat, usually in the salad dressing. For weight loss, use only a short OMAD eating window of 1-3 hours.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
