I went to the Texans vs Patriots NFL game on Sunday…
So there is a little indulgence in the Monday morning weigh-in 😫

86.4 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg. Still to go: 11.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 9.5 kg a Week
