Yesterday’s meal was a coleslaw + broccoli slaw salad with 6 ounces of chicken added. Oil & vinegar dressing..
65.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
