Keto! Wife and I have been doing the “ELAB” version of Keto. It uses Intermediate Fasting - for us, a 3-4 hour eating window daily. One eats a very large green salad with a dressing, with protein added, and enough fat/oil to get you through the day.
We’ve been doing this for about a month. Going well. Wife has been losing pounds, and I’m holding steady very near my goal weight.
