Hace más de un mes deje de usar la App, pues he llegado a mi peso deseado. Es gratificante cuando todo se convierte en hábito e inconscientemente te alimentas bien, sin excesos, pero también sin restricciones y aun así continuas en equilibrio e incluso sigues obteniendo resultados positivos. 💪🏽❤
