Went out to eat with dance group last night. I ate sensibly but then went home & had to have my popcorn. Up .1 today. Two days in a row I’m up. On way to Mayo Clinic this morning for hubby’s check up tomorrow. I didn’t bring the scale so can’t weigh until we get back home. We usually go to Victoria’s Italian & Canadian Hookers to eat while in Rochester. I’ll have to use portion control! I have to eat to live, not live to eat! Have a good day, FS friends.
