Welp, first Day back in the gym since the dirty hit in hockey that blew out my knee & ankle. I’m walking unassisted now and go back to the ortho doctor on Thursday to see if it needs surgery. Needless to say, my exercise and diet regimen has suffered greatly. I will attempt walking on the elliptical trainer this week, to try and get some caloric burning activity!
84.7 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

@TAI, yep we were up 5-0, I had scored a hat trick and when I went into the corner, the guy came crashing in and fell on my leg. 🤬

Ouch. Crazy, I hope it's a full recovery. Canadian players at minor leagues level are super good. Especially those Toronto area teams 👍
