I'm going to put in more efforts today and tomorrow, to have my weight go down below 130 kg. Encouraging!
I must have walked about 2 km yesterday. 600 metres in the morning and approx 1.4 km in the evening (followed Google Navigation for cars).
I used to detest walking when I was 140+. All that weight made it too strenuous a proposition. At this stage though, I enjoy my walks.
Why I decided to move to a healthier lifestyle, I will write about very shortly - all in all it was medical reasons and something that caused me to be publicly embarrassed.
Anyhow, more on that...soon!!
