wow... I shattered the 100kg barrier!!! go me!
Maybe I'm losing too fast, but if I get below 90kg and keep it there, I'll be all good I think.
98.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
