So... it's been 3 weeks since my last weight entry . Last week I "took a break" from my work out regime and healthy eating. I really just had to get out of my head, and relax a bit about it all! I'm not sure if I am only 2 pounds up considering I didn't track the previous 2 weeks.....ANYWAY, I enjoyed my "freedom" and feel great about my Reset. I had cheats/comfort foods I haven't had since 2020. But I made sure I stayed in my caloric intake range...Yes, it was weird halving a quarter cheese and sharing it with my hubby and counting my Zesty Doritos 😏. But I indulged in my craving and it was a nice treat/break...But I have to say I miss my carrot juice, oatmeal and my workouts.... And now I'm ready! I am hoping 🤞🤞this "Reset" confused my body! AND HERE I GO! Hope you all have a healthy happy week 💜
