focused on weights, so needed additional proteins and carbs...
noticed about 9 pound 'pop' then stabilized..
funny how weight loss programs can show about losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks....
it is just cleaning intestines out..
portion control and nix eating aftet 7pm pretty much covers that.
looking forward to October. Fall. lighter earlier.
97.7 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
