Went to Texas Roadhouse a week ago today. After that one meal, I just can’t get back down. Disgusting. Need to lose 1.2 in 2 days!!!
58.1 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
