Grr.... 101 is proving hard to break through!!! Do I need drastic measures?? (i.e. JUICE diet, alternating fast days, Beef Jerky days?)
101.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
