Day one of induction...again. I don't what happened to me, I was doing great, lost 6lbs in 10days, and then..poof! I went on a carb binge that lasted for a week. I am an emotional eater and man, it has been a rough time lately. And so, as a result of the binge I gained back 5lbs. :(
But, today is a new day and I have renewed my commitment to myself. I have already clocked in 30 mins on the treadmill with a plan to do a 30 min cardio routine this afternoon. I am going to deligently record every bite and carb I consume. I am hoping to shed those 5lbs plus a few more by the 19th, which is when I am having a girls night out.
