I was exhausted & hungry yesterday, not a good combination for me & then on a dead run all day. Started with a birthday party at McD with coffee group. I did ok there. Then nothing for lunch as had to drive to Canton for a dancing friend’s visitation & funeral. I was starving by time that was over. Told hubby I needed something to eat but he said we were going home. So had to cook & there sat the leftover cookies from McD & had to chop ingredients for dinner on that same countertop. Not a good combination! Threw in more potatoes then I should have because so hungry! When I got everything ready, hubby asleep in recliner. So I ate almost all the cookies & must too much for dinner. Then we went to a dance & out for coffee at McD with dance group. Didn’t get home until 10:30. Going to sleep in in the morning!
57.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
