…. I’m so glad to see this. I have not been following my eating pattern and did have some extra carbs this weekend because we had three special nights with family and I want to enjoy those so I will be less restrictive. But I tried to stick as good as I could and 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 so glad to see the effort paid off
