Week 3 of back to work and I've completely gone off track with eating and Journaling. Happy to report I'm still at same weight, at least for today when I weighed in. I teach elementary art. My placement at my second school was changed just a few days before school started. I had to pack my belongings from one school and have them moved to my new placement. I'm following a teacher that retired and she left everything, and I mean everything there. I've already put in 16 hours cleaning out and organizing that room and I'm no where near done. For the record I have a home school already and I also have one fully remote class as well for a grand total of 29 classes.
I've been so stressed out that I have not made dinner in a week. I'm eating popcorn and potatoes chips while I created seating charts, helper lists and got the online class at least functional. Eating anything I don't have to stop and cook. picked up pizza last Friday. How I have not put on more weight is beyond me.
