Day two and so far so good. I ate healthy all day and feel fantastic about it. I went for my walk around the block with the dog. I took a guess when I weighed in yesterday. I figured I was around 220lbs, which is 100kg. It turns out I only weigh 212lbs. At any rate I hope to get down to 80kg. How long it takes isn't really an issue, although the high cholesterol could take me out at any moment. But I am not going to worry about it. If it is my time then...
