I'm kind of holding steady, bouncing around this .7 mark, though on Wednesday after weighing, I ran 5km and came back at 100.8... Maybe I should cut another 200kcal (no more breakfast sausage!! or no more cheese) or so per day and see if I can drop a kilo through next week.
