I seem to be on another plateau, so I need to change my routine up. Frustrating when it seemed like big movement was coming and then stall....

Garbage came 4 hours early today so hubs and I were running everything out when we heard it coming.
74.2 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Stay focused, this plateau will pass.... remember the weight might not be showing on the scales as coming off, but your body is shrinking :-)

Go back and read your previous journal entries, particularly Mar 12. Maybe you could tweak a little here or there to get over the plateau but it's clear that your mind is focused on eating the right foods and fitting in great exercise. Your positive outlook has inspired me and I'm sure many others too! Stay determined, not frustrated and...GO FOR IT!
