Despite the events from this weekend, I tried not to let it get me down.
I'm home now away from all temptations and I think this week will be just as good. I have just got to get through today.
179.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 95.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
