so a little more down this week nice to see the scale continuing in the right direction. i also did the fancy weigh in today including all the dreaded BF% numbers etc. it was also nice to see that since the last BF weigh in it had gone down by 2.2%. Its still WAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY too high at 34.4% i would very much like to get it down into the mid 20s range. i think this is going to take some serious work from me so i need to get up off my lazy not so fat anymore backside and start doing something about it :0)
