It is amazing how much more energy I have. When I started watching what I ate, I did not know about this web site. I weighed 162. I now work out at home, something I have not done in a very long time. the activity tracker is making me more aware of wasted time.
66.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
