As a young child I lived in a four generation home, every night before my bedtime we had a snack (usually cereal) The days work was done the family relaxed, as the first and only grandchild this was my 'get attention' time. Seventy years later I still felt that a bedtime snack was necessary, on the nights I didn't get one sleep was evasive and I felt out of sorts. This habit was broken a few years ago when I started intermittent fasting now I rarely eat after 7:00 p.m. Still they are several other eating habits from my growing up years that need to be dealt with
94.3 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like a great family, and intermediate fasting is how I lost my weight.👍 I don’t do it any longer, but I don’t eat at night either anymore.🌺
