Today I have reached my plateau weight. This is the number I have hit so many times in the last year and get stuck. The difference this time is that I have my thyroid medication working with me and drinking 96 oz of water a day. Hope I can bust through 140 to my goal!!!
63.7 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
