I have been stuck for a while now. Problems with my feet have hampered my activity levels so I have had to adjust the calories in. I know that is not the only part but it is easy for portion sizes to increase when boredom from not moving as much sets in. I am on the down slope again so I don't mind if it is slow as long as I head in the right direction. It is pretty easy for me to stick with Paleo because when I cheat it just means pain!
