welp. seems like this carb counting thing has merit. It shall continue. I'm eating tonnes of homemade chicken and 'rice' soup. The rice is really riced cauliflower so yeah. hope this downward trend continues but it really is for the lower A1C thing. I'll only know that on the next test months from now but it is encouraging.
