Most of my overeating is habit. ~ when I tried to analize my reason for eating 🚫 foods, the answer usually comes up as an old habit trigger. "OK, so break the habit." It is claimed that it only takes 3 weeks to break a habit which may be true, however what they do not say is how ingrained an old habit can be. Unless I am super-super vigilant the old habit sneaks up on me and I'm eating 🚫 before I even realize what I'm doing. An old 3 year habit is still stronger than a new 3 week habit, but the old CAN be replaced with enough motivation.
