Hanging in there.
I worked on our car yesterday - a bit of a workout. So I ended up having 2 x 1/3 pound burgers for dinner. Straight Keto, no buns or sugared condiments. Plus my usual cheese, coffee, butter, and Keto coleslaw.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
