Yesterday evening we went to an anniversary party hosted by a Keto friend. [I ate almost nothing during the day before the dinne.]. At the dinner, I ate a LOT of delicious food. All Keto, with the exception of a few crackers. Too much food. I’m up 1.8 pounds vs the day before.
