One pound! Uff! Who would have thought... unfortunately the weekend is here and weekends are harder to keep up with the diet. I will exercise more with the Kinect, is fun plus hard work! Overall, feeling better.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
