Back on track with my exercises. Not quite back to 5 days, but got in 4 of the Shred workouts. Spent yesterday doing yardwork so did get some type of workout from pulling weeds, mowing, etc. Trying to get yard ready to get our pool up!!! I am ready for this weekend. Hopefully the water will be warm enough.
73.8 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We have had the past 5 years that 30 x 12 above ground, I call volcano pool. This past summer the outer rim finally popped and couldn't be repaired. This year with Nathan 7, we upgraded to the 15 x 42. It is really nice, can't do huge laps or anything, but can cool off and can do some exercising in there, just shorter laps, etc.
